Reparations and Return Policy
We kindly request that you read this entire page to clear all doubts and answer all your questions. There are also extra policies for our EU customers.
We have a 10-day reparation policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request for reparations.
We only grant reparations if:

Item arrives damaged

Item is defective

Wrong item received

Package never arrives
- Package is damaged but product works fine
To be eligible for a reparation, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In addition, we request that you provide clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
To claim your reparations, you can contact us at allurostoreofficial@gmail.com. Please note that reparations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or reparations on sale items or gift cards (EU LAWS OVERRIDE SALE ITEMS ONLY).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to claim your reparation, and once the it's accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will include the cost of the product and standard outbound shipping, where required by law.
If the item fits the criteria at the start of the page, then you will be granted access to reparations instead.
The Process
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request, and let you know if the refund or reparations are approved.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at allurostoreofficial@gmail.com.
