This Shipping Policy describes how Alluro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within [1–4 business days]. Be warned that orders may not be processed on special weekends and holidays. 

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

FREE! Our store ensures that you have a pleasant and affordable experience without any annoying extra charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we can't ship to every single country. To check if your region is available, our store can show you the list of countries.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

 If your order arrives damaged or doesn't come at all, please contact the carrier to file a claim and claim a reparation (refer to Reparations & Return policy).

 

Please note that most timeframes are estimations.
